Nordic Mining’s Annual Report for 2016 is approved and follows in attachment to this stock market release.

The Board of Directors of Nordic Mining ASA has approved the 2016 annual financial statements for the Group and for the parent company, and the Board of Directors’ report. There are no material changes in the consolidated financial statements compared to the unaudited fourth quarter 2016 report.

Nordic Mining’s associated company Keliber Oy in Finland plans to start mining of lithium bearing spodumene and production of lithium carbonate. Nordic Mining holds exploration rights on the Øksfjord Peninsula in Troms and Finnmark, where the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide mineralisation. Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining is exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
