Company announcement no. 6/2012 - Postponement of public disclosure of interim
report - Q1 2012 

As a natural consequence of the sale of the chemical tanker activities in
Nordic Shipholding A/S (as referred to in company announcements no. 1/2012 and
no. 5/2012) and the consequent accounting adjustments, the Board of Directors
has decided to postpone the public disclosure of the interim report - Q1 2012 -
until 31 May 2012.
