It is hereby announced that Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S (the “Company”), Danish company registration number 33 39 53 61, has received the following notification pursuant Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and Section 55, cf. 56 of the Danish Companies Act. The information contained in this press release is made as a consequence of sale of shares made today in connection with an accelerated bookbuilding.
Svolder AB (publ) (Swedish company registration number 556469-2019) with registered address at Birger Jarlsgatan 13, P.O. Box 70431, SE-107 25 Stockholm, Sweden (“Svolder”), has today purchased shares in Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S (Danish company registration number 33 39 53 61) and has crossed the 5 percent reporting threshold.
Following the purchase, Svolder now directly holds nominally DKK 1,448,205 shares of DKK 1 each (each share carrying one vote) corresponding to 6.01 percent of the total share capital and voting rights in Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S
