Notice of bondholders' meeting in NOR11

Stavanger, 10 January 2014: Norwegian Energy Company ("Noreco") has today summoned bondholders' meeting in the company's bond loan NOR11. 

The sole purpose of the bondholders' meeting is to resolve amendments to the bond terms to formalise the undertakings of Noreco in conjunction with the restructuring of previous loans (call obligation after 5.5 years and removal of the Noreco's PIK option during first 12 months), ref. the company's stock exchange announcement of 4 November 2013.
