One of the keys to maximizing an ASC's relationship with its anesthesia department is to understand the goals and responsibilities that those providers must have in order to make the unit a success. Once these are established, the ASC can then help create an atmosphere where a team approach is taken to to achieve those goals and provide the highest quality of patient care.
