MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

We refer to stock exchange notice earlier today. 
Austevoll Seafood ASA ("AUSS") has today purchased 
additional 1,000,000 shares in Norway Pelagic ASA 
("NPEL") at a price of NOK 15.50 per share. AUSS 
hereafter owns a total of 10,698,994 shares in NPEL 
representing 58.05 % of the outstanding shares in 
NPEL.

AUSS is due to ownership represented on the Company's 
Board of Directors, and thus considered a primary 
insider of the Company pursuant to the Norwegian 
Securities Trading Act section 4-2 (1). Securities 
Trading Act section 4-2 (1).
