AGREEMENT TO SELL FINNESTADVEIEN 44, STAVANGER

Norwegian Property ASA ("NPRO") has entered into an agreement to sell Finnestadveien 44 in Stavanger. The property is valued at approximately NOK 733 million in the transaction, which is approximately NOK 42 million above the book value from the first quarter 2014. The proposed buyers are subsidiaries of W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC).

The property comprises two buildings, a new building of 3 600 square meters which was occupied by the tenant in June 2014 and an existing building of 22 000 square meters which was built in 1975/1983. The buildings are fully let to Total E&P Norge AS. The transaction comprises the two companies Eltofi AS and Finnestadveien 44 ANS. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to be closed in August 2014 and expected annual rent in August 2014 is expected to be approximately NOK 45 million.

The sale is in line with Norwegian Property’s strategy of active portfolio development. After the sale of Finnestadveien 44 the remaining portfolio in Stavanger comprises appr. 9 per cent of Norwegian Property’s gross portfolio value and 13 per cent of gross rental income (as of March 2014).
