Bjørn Holm (52) has been appointed Executive Vice President of Development of Norwegian Property ASA.

Bjørn Holm has a long and extensive industry experience, both from the construction and the real estate businesses, including positions in NCC Norge AS and Hæhre Bygg AS. Most recently he held the position as Executive Vice President Projects and Development in Entra Eiendom AS, where he has been employed since 2004. Holm will assume the position 1 October.

With Bjørn Holm on our team we will strengthen the focus on profitable project development and project execution. He has a long and extensive background from project development, management of project organisations and project execution. Bjørn Holm takes over the position from Fredrik Bauman who will leave the company.
