Top-producing real estate agent joins competition, moves back to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in seek of support and culture

COLUMBIA, SC (September 9, 2016) – Loretta Starr, like many top-producing real estate agents, was enticed by the competition. Looking for an environment to build a team and earn a higher commission, Starr was won over by the promises of the competing firm.

An ambitious and successful agent, Starr produced $17.2 million* in sales volume in 2015. A well-rounded professional and member of the community, Starr was recognized with the 2015 Core Values Award, recognizing her ethics, integrity and community involvement.
