Nyfosa’s joint venture Söderport completes divestment

Söderport owns 24.5 percent of the shares in Autologistikk Göteborg AB, which owns a warehouse and office property in Torslanda, Gothenburg. The company has entered into an agreement to divest the property via a company transfer.

The property is due to be vacated on January 31, 2019. The sale is expected to have a positive effect on earnings of approximately SEK 50 million for Söderport. The liquidity effect is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 170 million.
