Nykredit Bank A/S closed subscription for the bonds "0% NB Amerikanske Aktier
2015" (ISIN DK0030299219) on 8 June 2012 as scheduled. The following amount was
subscribed for:
Nominal subscription amount DKK 31,856,200.00
The issue price was fixed at DKK 102.13.
Nykredit Bank A/S will issue 318,562 bonds equal to the nominal amount
sub-scribed for.
Terms and concepts defined in the published prospectus (the "Prospectus") have
the same meaning in this stock exchange announcement.
The subscription amount meets the minimum requirement for completion of the
issue of the Prospectus. The bonds have been admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen A/S as from 18 June 2012.
Nykredit Bank A/S is calculation agent in respect of the bonds. Based on prices
