Amendment to "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in
Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre H, series 12H"

(fixed-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation independent of payments on
underlying loans) 

In connection with the opening of new ISINs by Nykredit Realkredit A/S,
amendments have been made to the "Final terms for the prospectus for the
offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre H, series 12H
(fixed-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation independent of payments on
underlying loans)". 

Amendments to the final terms for series 12H appear from Appendix 1.

The prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital
Centre H, 18 August 2011, including the final bond terms, is available at
