Fixing of coupon rates effective from 15 January 2013

Effective from 15 January 2013, the coupon rates of the floating-rate bonds
below issued by Nykredit Realkredit A/S will be adjusted. 

Bonds with semi-annual interest rate fixing
The new coupon rates will apply from 15 January 2013 to 14 July 2013:

Uncapped bonds
DK0009780355, (JCB), maturity in 2014, new rate as at 15 January 2013: 1.0020%
