Refinancing of SEK-denominated adjustable-rate mortgages

Nykredit Realkredit today completed the October refinancing of its
SEK-denominated lending in Capital Centre H by selling SEK 5bn worth of ISIN
DK0009790313. 

The bond sale was conducted in cooperation with Danske Bank, Nordea, Nykredit
Markets and Swedbank.
