Ocean Yield’s annual general meeting was held today, Tuesday 17th April 2018 at The Thief Hotel in Oslo, Norway.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the Annual General Meeting that was published on Oslo Stock Exchange on 23 March 2018.
