OEM International acquires RF Partner AB with subsidiary Ranatec Instrument AB

OEM International has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares in RF Partner AB with subsidiary Ranatec Instrument AB. The companies, with head office in Swedish Mölndal, develop and market components for radio applications, systems for radar surveillance and test systems for antennas. The companies have a yearly turnover of approximately 18 MSEK.

- RF Partner AB with subsidiary Ranatec Instrument AB are well-managed companies with products and solutions that is a supplement to the product portfolio within the current OEM subsidiary Flexitron AB. RF Partner AB will gradually deepen cooperation with Flexitron AB to use synergies and develop the customer offer, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM’s profit for the current year.
