Mount Laurel, NJ (July 17, 2014) — OKI Data Americas today announced it will be exhibiting at CompTIA ChannelCon 2014, the premier partnering and training event for IT vendors, distributors and channel partners, taking place August 4-6 in Phoenix, AZ at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa. Located in booth 502, OKI Data will demonstrate the company’s cloud-based, proprietary Smart Managed Document Services offering, the MPS4242mc multifunction printer (MFP), and the newly launched copier-based A3 Color LED ES9465/ES9475 with integrated document management software solutions including DocuWare® Module connect to OKI®, PaperCut MF™, and Drivve® Image™.

Throughout CompTIA ChannelCon 2014, OKI Data will engage with hundreds of IT professionals to highlight its print and document management solutions targeted at medium to large workgroups in mid to enterprise size businesses. Attendees who visit the OKI Data booth will learn how the company’s growing MFP portfolio and embedded solutions help streamline document management and capture processes to increase business efficiencies and productivity while lowering overall operating costs. OKI’s broad portfolio of office equipment hardware and solutions deliver the highest level of quality, reliability, performance, value and competitive advantages that partners and end-users have come to expect from OKI Data.

OKI Data will demonstrate the following multifunction solutions at ChannelCon in booth #502:

  • MPS4242mc – This MPS-ready, mid-workgroup A4 (letter/legal) color MFP features the smart Extendable Platform from OKI delivering high speed output, outstanding print quality, productivity-enhancing feature sets, enriched user interface and streamlined document management processing. These qualities, plus a low total cost of ownership, deliver the most compelling value proposition to the mid-workgroup business segment.
  • ES9465/ES9475 – These two high performance, LED-based, smart A3 digital color multifunction devices are available exclusively through OKI’s office equipment channel. As part of the OKI Executive Series (ES), these feature-rich, copier-based devices deliver high quality performance in a lightweight, compact design. With up to three optional finishing capabilities – including inner finisher, multi-staple finisher and saddle-stitch functionality, depending upon model – these devices expand their range and desirability for busy workplaces.
  • PaperCut MF – a print job accounting and management software solution designed to support work environments of all sizes. PaperCut MF helps organizations accurately and conveniently account for – and recoup the costs of – printing and copying. Key features and functionality of the solution include “Find Me” secure print release, native iPad® print support and web based driverless printing, Mobile Print Release, detailed reporting with more than 50 pre-formatted reports, and embedded device support for multiple vendors. In addition, the solution allows organizations to purge unreleased print jobs to reduce waste and related print expenses.
  • Drivve Image – Drivve Image image capture solution delivers enhanced workflow and document lifecycle management to the most demanding and document-intensive environments. Drivve solutions bring a wealth of tracking, reporting, secure authentication and cost recovery features to users by converting hard copy documents and routing the resulting electronic files to an Enterprise Content Management or document management system. The automated process ensures accuracy, consistency and security, and helps to simplify, streamline and improve business processes.
  • DocuWare Module Connect to OKI – DocuWare solutions enable companies to organize and manage the flow of information – both internally and externally – from any MFP anywhere within an organization. By integrating DocuWare with OKI smart MFPs, customers will improve and simplify document processing and workflow management. In particular, DocuWare Module Connect to OKI simplifies scan-and-capture tasks, facilitates document storage in a centralized location, personalizes scanning destinations and indexing options for ease of filing and retrieval, and eliminates the need for fax phone lines.
