Angelo M. Castelli and M. Christopher Buzz Promoted to Vice President; Misty
Malone Promoted to Training Manager; Cynthia Sterling Named Director of
Marketing

of executive promotions reflective of the company's commitment to build and
maintain a strong and dynamic management team. The two executives promoted to
Vice President are Angelo Castelli and Chris Buzz. Misty Malone is promoted to
Training Manager. Cynthia Sterling is named Director of Marketing.

  -- Misty Malone, Training Manager. Previously Training Supervisor, Ms.
     Malone's responsibilities include Customer Training, Organizational

     training, adult learning, and instructional strategies to the company.
