Grant of restricted share units

The Board of Directors of Opera Software ASA granted a total of 1,164,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") of which 125,000 are performance based, on May 19, 2016. The RSUs are granted pursuant to the resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of Opera Software ASA held on January 25, 2016.

Falguni Bhuta, VP Marketing Opera Mediaworks 10,000 RSUs that will vest in August 2017 and August 2018. After this grant, the employee holds 14,500 RSUs, and 1 775 shares in Opera Software ASA.

Brian Kesterson, EVP Finance Opera Mediaworks 50,000 RSUs that will vest in August 2017 and August 2018. After this grant, the employee holds 56,750 RSUs in Opera Software ASA.

Rebecca Mauzy, SVP OMW Pub and Ad Ops Opera Mediaworks 40,000 RSUs that will vest in August 2017 and August 2018. After this grant, the employee holds 42,400 RSUs, and 1 110 shares in Opera Software ASA.
