OptiGroup to acquire Pac-Production in Sweden
OptiGroup AB has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of Pac-Production Sweden AB. The transaction, which is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, is expected to be completed in the coming months. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Pac-Production, with revenues of approximately EUR 60 million, is a leading Scandinavian distributor of catering and non-food products to hospitality and service industries. Through this acquisition, the business segment Facility Solutions will further strengthen its Nordic position in the segment of hotel, restaurant, catering and facility management supplies.
