Papyrus to acquire Procurator in Sweden

Papyrus AB has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of Procurator AB from RoosGruppen AB. The transaction, which is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, is expected to be completed in the coming months. As a result of the transaction, RoosGruppen AB will become a shareholder in Papyrus together with private equity groups Altor Fund II and Triton Fund II. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Procurator is one of the leading suppliers of protective clothing and personal protective equipment as well as cleaning, hygiene and facility supplies to customers in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Estonia. The company, headquartered in Malmö, had revenues of approximately EUR 120 million in 2015 and has about 260 employees.
