Peab builds 106 apartments in the inner city of Mölndal

Peab has been commissioned to build 106 new
apartments and 8 commercial premises in Mölndal’s inner city.  The customer is Mölndalsbostäder and the contract
is worth SEK 222 million.

Gråsejen Block makes up part of the gentrification of Mölndal’s inner city. Two existing apartment buildings will be completely torn down and replaced by two new buildings containing eight commercial premises on the ground floor and 106 apartments for rent.

The entire project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2020.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2017.
