Peab builds 251 new hotel rooms connected to Quality Hotel Friends
Peab has been commissioned to build 251 hotel rooms on three floors directly connected to Quality Hotel Friends in Solna. The customer is Strawberry Properties and the contract is worth SEK 350 million.
The project entails building an extension with 251 hotel rooms on three floors directly connected to Quality Hotel Friends. It also includes adding a dining room and advanced reinforcement work.
The hotel is located in Arenastaden and is run by Nordic Choice Hotels.
The project is a turnkey contract in cooperation and planning has begun in a previously activated stage. The project is expected to be completed at the end of August 2020.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter of 2018.
