Peab builds health care center in Northern Norway

Peab has been commissioned to build a health care center in Hamnvik in Northern Norway. The customer is Ibestad Municipality and the contract is worth NOK 122 million.

The project entails the construction of a new nursing home for 16 patients and two senior living facilities with six units each.

The project is a turnkey contract and construction will begin in April 2019. Occupation of the nursing home is planned for the summer 2020, and the senior living will be ready to move into in the autumn of 2021.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2018.
