Peab builds office building in Örebro

Peab has been commissioned to build an office building in Örebro. The customer is Castellum and the contract is worth around SEK 290 million.

 The office building will consist of seven floors and a basement. The building will be around 21,100 m2 in total with some 15,000 m2 rentable space.

This is a partnering turnkey project. Construction has already begun and the project is expected to be completed in April 2019.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2016.
