Peab builds offices in Solna

Peab has been contracted to build a new office in Frösunda, Solna. The client is Vasakronan and the contract amounts to about SEK 300 million.
The building will be about 16,000 square meters spread over nine floors with open and bright office space. The two upper floors are built of wood and built on the roof terrace. The project is characterized by sustainability, innovation and a Nordic appearance. Great importance is attached to highlight the bicycle as transportation and housing to be environmentally certified in accordance with LEED Platinum level.
Construction will start in spring 2016 and work is expected to last for two years.

The project will be reported in the first quarter in 2016.
