Peab rebuilds Sollentuna Hospital

Peab has been commissioned to rebuild Sollentuna Hospital with modern care facilities and a center for specialist care. The customer is the Stockholm Region County Council through Locum AB and the contract is worth SEK 710 million.

The project will be a total renovation of the entire hospital. Sollentuna hospital will be rebuilt to house several joint functions such as a common main entrance and reception for all services in the building. After the hospital is rebuilt it will contain around 230 rooms for geriatrics as well as other specialized somatic care.

This is a performance contract. Construction will begin in April and is expected to be completed in December 2018.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2017.
