Peab to Build Knowledge and Cultural Centre in Askersund

Peab has been contracted to build Knowledge and Cultural Centre, KKC, Askersund. The client is Askersunds municipality and the project is implemented as a partnering contract. Contract amount are estimated at about 260 million.

- It's exciting to be working on a project that will mean much to the residents of Askersunds municipality. KKC aimed at both youth and culture, says Nils Staffan Andersson, Regional Manager at Peab.

KKC will house students in grades 6-9, music school, library, recreation center, cafe and catering industry. There will also be space for culture and club and a room for about 500 people.

Occupancy is expected in August 2016.

The project will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2014.
