Peab to rebuild for NHO in Oslo

Peab’s Norwegian subsidiary Peab AS has won the contract to carry through the rebuilding and extension of NHO’s head quarter in Majorstua in Oslo. The client is NHO and the contract amounts to NOK 420 million.
NHO, Naeringslivs HovedOrganisationis in English known as Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise.

The project contains reconstruction of 23.000 square metres, of which 6.000 is garage and construction of 6.000 new square metres. The new office will be dimensioned for about 800 places of work.

It is turn-key contract which will start in March 2007 and it is estimated to be ready during December 2008.
