PHOTOCURE - REPURCHASE PROGRAM OF OWN SHARES

Oslo, Norway, 7 February 2013: Photocure ASA has
today purchased 2735 own shares in the market at an
average price of NOK 37.4828 per share. After this
transaction, Photocure owns a total of 216,284 own
shares.
The transaction is part of share repurchase program,
authorized by the Annual General Meeting held on 10
May 2012 in connection with employee share purchase
program. In accordance with the resolution, the Board
of Directors of Photocure ASA has decided to acquire
up to 100 000 shares. For more details on the
