Pihlajalinna acquires Linnan Klinikka in Hämeenlinna

Pihlajalinna is acquiring the entire share capital of the Linnan Klinikka Oy in Hämeenlinna from its current owners. The transaction will be completed on 2 February 2018. Linnan Klinikka will become a part of the Pihlajalinna’s chain of private clinics.

With this acquisition of the Linnan Klinikka, Pihlajalinna is realising its national expansion plan before the implementation of the healthcare and social welfare reform.
