Pihlajalinna acquires Salon Lääkintälaboratorio

Pihlajalinna acquires the entire share capital of Salon Lääkintälaboratorio Oy which operates under the name Lääkäriasema Sallab and its sister company Someron Lääkärikeskus Oy. The transaction will be completed on 2 January 2018. These private clinics will become part of Pihlajalinna’s chain of clinics.

Pihlajalinna will open a full service private clinic and hospital in Turku at the beginning of 2018. This will also improve the service selection of Sallab in the future. For example, specialists will be more extensively available for the customers.

“Lääkintälaboratorio strengthens Pihlajalinna’s position in the Salo and Somero region and supports the private clinic to be opened in Turku,” says Jukka-Pekka Kuokkanen, Regional Director of Southwestern Finland at Pihlajalinna.

Salon Lääkintälaboratorio was established in the 1950s and it operates in Salo town centre. It offers private clinic and occupational health services.
