Flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act

Pihlajalinna Plc has received a disclosure notice under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act regarding Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company holdings of Pihlajalinna Plc's stock has increased to 6,15 % of the total of Pihlajalinna's shares and voting rights. After the transaction, LähiTapiola group owns 1.267.161 Pihlajalinna's shares.

Pihlajalinna has a total of 20,613,146 shares. Each share entitles its holder to one (1) vote.
