KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (September 10, 2015) – While the rest of the country celebrates Driver Appreciation Week from September 13-19, Pilot Flying J will honor professional drivers throughout the entire month of September with special experiences and prizes, as well as free daily deals.

“Professional drivers make countless sacrifices daily, not only to keep our economy moving, but to make daily routines of millions of people possible through delivery of food, medicine and other goods,” said Ken Parent, chief operating officer of Pilot Flying J. “At Pilot Flying J, we find it imperative to recognize and appreciate the work of professional drivers this month and every month.”

Throughout September, Pilot Flying J will celebrate drivers by offering weekly and daily deals on customer favorites, such as coffee, grill items, energy drinks and more. And for those pumping diesel fuel this month, drivers will receive one additional point for each gallon purchased when using their rewards card.*

As another way to show its support for the professional driving community, Pilot Flying J will announce the five regional winners from the 2015 Road Warrior program, a contest that honors professional drivers who demonstrate hard work, generosity and bravery. From September 14-30, individuals can vote on one grand prize winner from the pool of  regional contestants on roadwarrior.pilotflyingj.com. When Road Warrior voting concludes, one professional driver will receive the grand prize of $10,000.
