issued share capital in Polarcus Limited.

Sabaro has today 14/06/2012 rolled forward contracts 
corresponding to 29,790,000 shares representing 
approximately 5.87% of the issued share capital in 
Polarcus Limited. The forward contracts mature on 
19/07/2012.

Sabaro directly controls 60,112,834 cash shares 
representing approximately 11.86 % of the issued 
share capital and 29,790,000 forward shares 
representing approximately 5.87 % of the issued share 
capital. In total Sabaro controls 89,902,834 shares 
representing approximately 17.73 % of the total 
issued share capital in Polarcus Limited.
