PostNord divests the historical real estate building on Köbmagergade in central Copenhagen to the pensions company PFA Pensions for a value of DKK 400 millions.

Only a third of the floor space is being used today by a post office as well as the Danish Post and Tele Museum. As a part of the restructuring actions PostNord is adopting as a result of the changed market situation, the company is revising its real estate property in the Nordics.

The divestment will improve PostNord’s capital efficiency and finance future investments.
