PostNord issues bonds denominated in SEK

PostNord AB (publ) yesterday issued bonds totaling SEK 1.3 billion , consisting of SEK 500 million with a term of three years and SEK 800 million with a term of five years. There was considerable interest in the bonds and the issue was over-subscribed.

The proceeds of the issue will primarily be used for refinancing loans. PostNord will list the bonds on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. 

Handelsbanken, Nordea and Danske Bank acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
