Stevens Construction Inc. adds Project Administrator
Stevens Construction has expanded its Orlando operations with the addition of project administrator, Mindy Colón, announced Mark Stevens, company president. As project administrator, Colón will lead administrative tasks for projects including permitting, change orders, direct materials invoicing and close-outs. She is serving as project administrator on a dialysis and rehabilitation medical office renovation in Ocoee.
Colón brings more than ten years of construction administration and accounting experience, previously serving as accounts payable coordinator for a nationwide, commercial contractor.
