Increased number of shares and votes in Probi

As previously announced, Probi AB (publ) (“Probi”) has carried out a rights issue of no more than 2,278,825 shares. The 33,835 shares subscribed for without subscription rights have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office during November 2016, and the number of shares and votes in the company have therefore increased as set forth below.

As of 30 November 2016, the total number of shares in Probi amounts to 11,644,125, corresponding to 11,644,125 votes.
