Further strategic changes at local estate agents, Clarke Gammon Wellers

Following Clarke Gammon Wellers’ strategic staff changes at its Guildford and Shere offices, the company has made further changes; this time to its Liphook and Haslemere offices.

Paul Monkhouse, who has worked in the Liphook office since April 2011, has now been appointed as manager of the Haslemere office, bringing 24 years worth of experience to help strengthen and increase the company’s market share in the area.

Paul says: “It’s great to be working in my hometown. Bringing my extensive knowledge of the local area, coupled with 24 years in estate agency, I hope to bring a new strength to the Haslemere team.”

A new manager has been appointed at the Liphook office; Ian Smith, who previously worked at Clarke Gammon Wellers for a number of years, has over 30 years’ experience. He lives in Liphook with his young family and brings his extensive local knowledge to the office which covers the town and surrounding villages.

Ian says: “Having recently been working in a corporate agency, I was eager to move back to a small independent, privately run company and I’m looking forward to the many challenges we face ahead.”
