Protector Forsikring ASA, 18% growth in 2013

January 1st renewal date is significant for Protector 
and therefore we'll give a volume statement to the 
market.

The company has a strong growth in January and 
expects in 2013 a total premium growth for the entire 
business of 18 %. The strongest growth is in 
Sweden/Denmark. In Norway, we expect a moderate 
growth within the commercial and public lines of 
business. Within change of ownership insurance the 
growth is expected to be low.  

The company experienced also a strong premium growth 
in Q4 2012. Gross premiums written amounted to NOK 
198 million, up 10 % compared with Q4 2011. GWP in 
2012 was NOK 1.517 million, up 26 % compared to 2011. 

Further and more detailed guiding for 2013 will be 
given 28 February together with the preliminary 
annual result figures for 2012.
