PROVENTUS ANNOUNCES NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS II

Proventus today announces that, at the close of business on 31 December 2017, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan amounted to SEK 45,916 per debenture.

No Ordinary Income will be distributed for the fourth quarter.

Proventus Capital Partners II’s assets are composed of 100 per cent privately issued corporate loans.
