Proventus Capital Parters III AB (publ) issues new debentures

Proventus Capital Partners III AB (publ) today announces that on 14 December 2018, 13 March 2019 and 13 May 2019 the company will increase its contributed capital each date by SEK 606 million through the issuance of 414 series A participation loan debentures at a price of SEK 1,000,000 each and 5 series B participation loan debentures at a price of SEK 25,000,000 each and by an equity contribution of SEK 67 million from the owners.
The new debentures are subscribed for by existing debenture holders and will be registered in Euroclear around 28 December 2018, 22 March 2019 and 22 May 2019.
The new debentures issued 14 December 2018 will be eligible for coupon payments from the fourth quarter 2018, the new debentures issued 13 March 2019 will be eligible for coupon payments from the first quarter 2019 and the new debentures issued 13 May 2019 will be eligible for coupon payments from the second quarter 2019.
After the last issued debentures 13 May 2019 including the newly issued debentures, Proventus Capital Partners III’s funding amounts to SEK 11,514 million comprised of series A participation loan debentures of SEK 7,866 million, series B participation loan debentures of SEK 2,375 million and SEK 1,273 million in equity.
