Q-FREE - CONTRACT IN PORTUGAL - 154 MNOK

Q-Free has today received an order from the Portuguese road operator Ascendi, for a major infrastructure project in Portugal. The order value is approximately 154 MNOK. This contract follows a successful implementation of a similar tolling system during 2009 for the same client.

The contract comprises supply of Multilane Free Flow tolling stations and operational back office for the concessions Beiras Litoral e Alta and Interior Norte.

Ascendi currently operates 7 concessions and is responsible for more than 1300 km of motorways and roads in Portugal.

The project execution will start immediately.
