Q-FREE – DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

Trondheim 18 May 2016: Chairman of the Board, Charlotte Brogren Karlberg has been given proxies without voting instructions for 4,692,536 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 6.57% of the total shares and voting rights in the company. The proxies are valid for the Annual General meeting to be held on 26 May 2016.
