The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Q-Free's new share capital is NOK 33,904,909.48 divided into 89,223,446 shares with a par value of NOK 0.38 per share. Each share gives one vote at the company's general meeting.
