Q-FREE –DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

Trondheim 15 September 2016: Chairman of the Board, Charlotte Brogren Karlberg has been given proxies without voting instructions for 9,702,890 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 13.59 % of the total shares and voting rights in the company. The proxies are valid for the Extraordinary General meeting to be held on 19 September 2016.
