Q-FREE- DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

Chairman of the Board, Tore Valderhaug, has been given proxies without voting instructions for 23,173,641 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 25.97 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company. The proxies are valid for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 17 August 2018.
