ownership in Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeuro") by
19,100,000 common shares through sales on the Oslo
Stock Exchange.
After the transaction, Questerre Energy holds
27,682,399 votes and common shares of Transeuro
representing 8.74% of the total outstanding votes and
common shares of Transeuro.
