Even the simplest egg dishes are not foolproof. A perfect omelette needs to be fluffy, golden, and light. The Rational SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® ensures that delicate omelettes and other egg dishes remain soft and creamy in the middle, without drying out, and without the need to constantly monitor the cooking process.

The SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency is quick and simple to use. All the chef has to do is load the items, select the food and how it needs to be cooked on the easy-to-use control panel and that’s that. The SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency takes over and does the rest, fully automatically, even learning how the chef prefers the dishes cooked. This ensures that dishes can be replicated perfectly every time.

As well as omelettes, tortilla española, French toast, scrambled, steamed (soft-, medium-, or hard-boiled), poached, fried and coddled eggs can all be cooked quickly, easily and to perfection in the Rational SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency. The Efficient LevelControl technology controls the cooking time for each rack in the SelfCookingCenter, monitoring what is being cooked, what is put in or taken out of the cabinet and whether the door is opened or closed, so that different items can be cooked at the same time. 

With egg dishes it is important to ensure they don’t dry out – no one wants dry or rubbery omelettes. Rational’s HiDensityControl uses patented dynamic air mixing technology to precisely control the speed of the unit’s fan to channel the heat and humidity to exactly where it is needed, depending on the condition of the product being cooked. It transforms simple, everyday dishes into gourmet cuisine.

That’s not all. The Rational Multibaker and the whitefficiency’s new ‘Fry eggs’ automatic cooking process means up to 80 fried eggs can be prepared in just 90 seconds. The Multibaker is a tray specially designed to deliver the best thermal conductivity – and the best fried eggs.  Simply crack eggs into the tray’s indentations and pop it into the Rational.  Select ‘Fry Eggs’ on the control panel, push the button and in a few minutes the unit will deliver perfectly fried eggs. 

Now with 20 percent more capacity, the new Multibaker is also perfect for making large batches of tortes and cakes. The special non-stick coating prevents adhesion.
